Privacy

Short, because little happens here.

Who is responsible

Press Sensation UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, Deutschland, represented by Thomas Jentzsch. Questions about your data: contact@tribelume.com.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no fonts, scripts or images from third parties, and contains no tracking pixels. Nothing you do here is measured. The logo, the illustration and the typeface are served from this domain, so opening this page tells no one but us that you did.

What does happen: our hosting provider (Cloudflare, acting as our processor) records each request in a server log — IP address, time, the page requested, referrer and browser identifier. That is technically necessary to deliver the page and to defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating the site securely. These logs are kept briefly and are not combined with anything else.

Email we send you

If you received a message from tj@gettribelume.com, we processed your business contact details — usually name, role, company and business email address — which we obtained from publicly available sources such as your company website or a public professional profile.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to offer a service that is plausibly relevant to your professional role. We weighed that against your interests and limit ourselves to business addresses, a short sequence, and an immediate stop on request.

We use Instantly (Instantly.ai) to send these messages; it acts as our processor. We do not track whether you open our emails.

How to make it stop

Reply stop to any message, or write to contact@tribelume.com. We will remove you and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not contact you again.

Your rights

Transfers and retention

We do not sell or share your data. Processing takes place in the EU where possible; where a processor operates outside the EU, transfers rest on the EU standard contractual clauses. Contact data from outreach is deleted at the latest when it is clear that no business relationship will follow, and immediately on objection.
